Mom's Buttermilk Pancakes

Excellent recipe! The muffins are delicious and exactly what i was looking for. They are a little time consuming but well worth it. i added about a tsp. of ground flax seed to the topping. Next time i may add a couple tsps. to the batter. i like the extra boost to an already healthy morning treat. Thanks for sharing Jaclyn.

Poppy Seed Lemon Loaves

i added the juice of half a large lemon which may have brightened the flavor a bit, but the recipe didnt provide the lemon flavor i had hoped for.

Slow Cooker Pepper Steak

Very tender, my kids loved it. i feel it was missing a little something, but overall it was very good. i may add some fresh ginger and red pepper flakes the next time to add a bit more flavor. i will definately make this again.

Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese

Peach Cobbler

First time making peach cobbler, and thanks to this recipe, it wont be the last. Delicious! I did take the advise of some fellow reviewers and doubled the peaches and added a bit of cinnamon and brown sugar on top. It was everything I had hoped for. Thanks for sharing, Martha! This one's a keeper!

Lentil Soup

Delicious! I used diced tomatoes instead of crushed, and I started the soup on the stove and finished it off in the crockpot which worked out perfectly. Thanks for sharing, Marie. I plan to make this often.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Delicious! I followed the recipe but decided to wait to put the ham in until after using an immersion blender after step one and while adding the milk mixture. This one is a keeper.
