Ginger Chili Citrus Salmon

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2012
Really yummy and has a nice Kick to it! I could only marinate it for about 1/2 hour and it still came out well. I can only imagine how great it would taste if I marinated it for a couple of hours!

Awesome Baked Sea Scallops

Very tasty. I used small scallops and cooked them in individual serving dishes. Served with garlic lemon angel hair. Delightful dish and easy to make.

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2012
Omg soooooo good! My brother made it for Christmas and I just had to get the recipe. I made it again a week later for others who raved about it. I will now be making some to freeze. It is even better on day 2 also. Definately a keeper!

Beef Nacho Casserole

Tastes like nachos in a dish. Definately use sour cream instead of Mayo. Mayo just does not go with nachos.

Creamed Broccoli Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2011
This was delicious base soup to make your own!! I did make a few changes. I added one cubed and peeled potato to it instead of flour to thicken it up, a little lemon juice, I used chicken and veggie broth instead of water (so I ommited bullion cubes), and used milk instead of half and half for a healthier option. I omitted the soy sauce too. It was delicious!!! My family loved it and I will certainly make it again..YUM. Ading a bit of cheese to it would also be wonderful. I will next time!

Dilly Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2011
I added some mushrooms and thick onion slices but it was really runny and couldn't decide if it wanted to be a soup or a sauce. Not good enough to have again....I'll pass.

Delicious Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2010
very yummy and moist cookies. I cooked them at 350 instead and they came out soft and chewy. I also substituted half of the crisco with butter. i love the brown sugar and vanilla taste. Perfect cookies. I also threw in a few chocolate chips too! YUMMY!!
