Porotos Granados (Chilean Bean Stew)
Delicious, I only changed a few things, I used an heirloom squash variety very similar to butternut squash that I picked up at my local farmer's market and I used cannelini beans and pinto beans, veggie broth instead of chicken broth and I seasoned it with paprika and cumin in a 2 to 1 ratio. Delicious with a little bit of pepper for a kick. I will definitely make this again as it was very tasty and healthy. Even my boyfriend loved it and was asking me to make it again before we even finished eating the first batch! Wonderful sweet/spicy flavor with the added paprika and cumin. Thank you for this recipe!

My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn
All I can say is WOW. This popcorn is absolutely delicious and reminds me of the popcorn my grandma made when I was a kid. Highly recommend!

Deep Dish Brownies
Wow....I use this site a lot and always target recipes with good ratings from a lot of different cooks...and until now I have never been so impressed that i was compelled to review a recipe myself. These brownies are AMAZING. I doubled the recipe but used 5 eggs rather than 6 and I used natural process cocoa powder from Penzeys (it's twice as chocolatey as the stuff you get in the grocery store). The only trouble I had was that the edges of the brownies got a little more well done than I would have liked before the center was cooked...
