I'm not sure why this recipe is getting such great reviews, being that the water to flour ratio is incorrect. I added three cups of flour to the bowl with the dry ingredients and was expecting to add the other two cups after the wet ingredients were added, so I didn't make the dough too heavy right from the start. Turns out I never used the entire 2 cups I had put aside (except a tiny bit to flour my board while kneading). Without looking at other people reviews, I can see people having a very hard time with this dough.
