Very Chocolate Ice Cream
Fantastic ice cream and EXTREMELY fudgy. YUM!! I substituted Whey Low for Ice Cream (a sugar substitute which is good for diabetics) and couldn't tell a bit of difference in the taste. I accidentally used the whole egg instead of the yolks, and aside from a few miniature lumps of cooked egg (which is probably more because I need some practice with pouring the hot mixture into the eggs and the eggs into the saucepan) it came out great. I also opted to refrigerate overnight and did not stir. The next day I put the mixture into the bowl of my stand mixture and mixed it on low, adding the cream and vanilla. I doubled the recipe and put it in my 1 1/2 gallon ice cream maker. It froze fine but didn't fill it up. I will try tripling it next time.

Avocado Smoothie
I absolutely LOVE avocado frozen yogurt, but this wasn't for me. I guess everyone has different tastes.

Whole Grain Breakfast Cookies
These are AMAZING. I am generally very skeptical that healthy stuff is actually going to taste good...too many bad experiences I guess. I'm getting sick of eating oatmeal every morning and I need to keep my weight down so I needed to find a healthy alternative. I have taken flax seed oil pills but never cooked with flax meal, and knew little to nothing about blue agave nectar. I made the recipe exactly as it is shown, except I omitted the dried cherries (my husband and I prefer only fresh cherries, eaten by themselves). They turned out great, and my husband said, "I can't wait for breakfast!". I know exactly what he means. IrisMac, thank you SO much for sharing this recipe. My mornings will be a lot more enjoyable because of you!!! :D
