I have to say that at the beginning, and after reading all the bad reviews, I thought it would be a dissaster. I was surprised with the results. I absolutely liked its apearance and taste. And best of all, it was easy to make with ingredients I had on hand. I would recommend you give it a try, you will probably be as surprised as I was.

Baked Tilapia

the smell in my kitchen while cooking this dish was amazing! I made minor changes, specially on the amount of oil, and it turned out great. Im not a tilapia fan, but I loved it.

Sausage, Peppers, Onions, and Potato Bake

I skiped the veggies and added bacon. Cooked everything on the bacon grease instead of adding oil. It turned out very greasy, but tasty. My version is definately not a good option if you are dieting, but it was delicious!

Got to rate this... this recipe is AWESOME! I also was skeptical about the ketchup, so I put 1 cup ketchup and 1 cup meat flavored pizza sauce, it was delicious!
