This was good and I will probably make it again but with a few changes. First I will only use 2 onions and half of the peppers the recipe calls for, 4 large peppers is alot of peppers and it seemed like the sausages got lost in the mix. I will definetly season the potatoes while thier cooking in the skillet. Before I put the peppers and onions in the skillet I deglazed the pan with some white wine, as a result, the vegetables could pick up all the little brown bits while they are cooking. I think the next time I make this with the changes I mentioned it will be even better. All in all this is a great dish.
