World's Best Lasagna

I have made this SAME recipe for almost 30 years- nothing special about it, etc. EXACT Same ingredients, except for when i make it i add FRESH mozzarella cheese- and Parmesan and Reggiano cheese- FRESHLY grated of course..

I HAVE BEEN MAKING THIS RECIPE SINCE 1969- AND MY MOTHER BEFORE THAT.. AND IF YOU DO NOT HAVE CHOCOLATE CHIPS- DO THIS- MAKE A SIMPLE FROSTING OUT OF MILK, POWDERED SUGAR, AND REAL COCOA. MIX, AND POUR ON TOP- OR DRIZZLE- AND IF YOU HAVE A CAN OF INSTANT FROSTING? YOU CAN MICROWAVE THIS AND POUR ON TOP AS WELL- CARAMEL FROSTING WORKS ALSO AS WELL AS CHOCOLATE- OR WHITE CHOCOLATE- AND I LOVE TO GRIND THE WALNUTS [VERY FINE] AND TOP THE FROSTING WITH SLICED ALMONDS- THOSE GET THE BEST REVIEWS FROM PEOPLE WHEN EVER I MAKE THEM OR GIVE THESE TO PEOPLE- OR ON TOP OF THE DARK CHOCOLATE- PLACE A DOLLUP OF CREAM CHEESE FROSTING- AND TOP WITH HALF OF A CHERRY- IT ADDS CLASS AND A HOLIDAY TOUCH!

Seven Layer Magic Cookie Bars

THIS IS WHAT I DO- FOR A 7 LAYER COOKIE PIE- I USE A PRE-MADE KEEBLER PIE CRUST, AND CUT THE AMOUNTS IN HALF- OR USE TWO CRUSTS AND DIVIDE THE INGREDIENTS UP! GREAT TO GIVE TO THE NEIGHBORS, AS A GIFT! AND FOR AN EXTRA SPECIAL TOUCH? I DRIZZLE HERSHEY'S SYRUP AND CARAMEL TOPPING ALL OVER THE TOP OF IT- IT LOOKS SPECTACULAR WHEN I DO THIS- PEOPLE ''OOOH AND AHHHHH'' WHEN THEY SEE IT! SO MUCH EASIER DOING THIS IN A PIE FORM- AND FAST AS WELL

Greek Style Potatoes

I found a ''key'' ingredient missing- ''OREGANO''! this is a simple must have ingredient when doing Greek Potatoes, or Grecian Chicken as well. I also prefer Yukon Gold potatoes, and just simply cutting them into wedges, spray a baking sheet with non stick- and coating the potatoes with extra virgin olive oil, parsley,Oregano, paprika, salt, pepper to taste-and fresh lemon juice cover and bake- and i add NOTHING else.. have made them this way for 21 years now- and get people wanting seconds and thirds..
