Bacon-Balsamic Deviled Eggs
I made this with half the onion, grated as others have suggested, and half the sugar. They were wolfed down before dinner was served. They were amazing, even with turkey bacon. The basalmic vinegar really does the trick. I also topped it with smoked paprika, a must!

Big Al's K.C. Bar-B-Q Sauce
Amazing, especially when basted onto chicken on the bbq. I didn't have half the spices when I made it & substituted 1 1/2 tbs of Emeril's Essence & I only had a cup of red wine vinegar. It still turned out amazing.

Creamy Tomato And Cream Cheese Soup
This was the best tomato soup I have ever had. The only thing I did differently was use butter instead of margarine, used veggie stock, and omitted the mushrooms. I also didn't have cream cheese so I used creamy swiss wedges from laughing cow. I don't know if that made a huge difference, but it was the best tomato soup ever! I ate it all and even the annoying neighbor kids who always want me to feed them said it was good. Serve with a grilled pepper jack sandwich on rye for a spicy kick. YUM!
