Zucchini Brownies
Heres the deal: the taste itself is yummy. The Zucchini should be puree instead of shredded. Extra walnuts and a hand full of chocolate chips helps ALOT! Butter up the pan well. Once they cool, the become more formed together. Also I will be trying a smaller pan since my 9x13 made some rather thin brownies. SO they did come out a bit flakey but would def. try again because the taste itself is yummy. Didnt make any frosting.

My Best Clam Chowder
PERFECT. HUBBY and father VERY happy. Did not last 2 days. Hubby requested more than 3 cans of clams next time. I added a dash more of red wine vinegar, a dash more of clam juice and lots of pepper. Make to taste. GREAT recipe. Keeper!

Fresh Apple Cake II
Good but missing a topping and had too many apples. I highly recommend using 1 cup of apples maybe two if you want it to be appley. Also, it is important to use grannismith apples. I used mactintosh and they are too soft.Cake became too watery like a sponge. I cooked at 350 for 30 mins and any longer would have burned. yummy. will make it again. followed everything else exact. smelled great in the oven. yummy cake.
