Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews

This is perfect. I think it would serve as a great jumping-off point for a stir-fry as well. I didn't change a thing, and for the first time ever in my house someone said "Uh, is there any more broccoli?" Sooooo good.

Perfect Lobster Bisque

I have made this with half and half and with heavy cream. I prefer it with heavy cream and a shorter simmering time, but either way it is good.

Thai Chicken

This is something that my husband makes for us. Like most men, he likes to throw out the instructions, but even he did a great job with this one. We like it will a little less hot sauce and a little more peanut butter.
