Pumpkin Chili

Good but not amazing. I definitly tweaked a lot of the recipie. (Hense the lack of 4/5 stars) but the potential is great!

great base for Cabbage soup. I followed some of the reviews and added about 8 baby carrots (sliced roughly), 1 bunch of (chopped) green onions and sub. the water and bouillon with low sod. chicken broth. I added spices according to my taste and added 1/2 lb of browned ground beef. *I didn't drain the diced tomatoes. I added the whole can to the batch. Great flavors!

Szechwan Shrimp

The sauce was really good. We followed the other comments and doubled the sauce; however, we also should have cut the amount of the crushed red pepper. The hubby probably would have preferred the sauce with chicken rather than shrimp. It's an okay in my book.

Grilled Honey-Soy Pork Steaks

This came out delicious! I didn't have time to marinade for more than 2 hours, so I just basted a few times when the grill. I lower the temp towards the end of the grilling because I didn't want the pork to dry out. It was prefect. I served it with a side of green beans marinated in italian dressing.

Italian Dressing Mix

My husband loves making this. I even bought little bottles for him to store the dressing! :) *The only things that we did differently was to use Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Rice vinegar because it's what we have on hand.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies III

I love this recipe. I make this every year for work and friends. The only thing that I do is use 2-3 drops of red food coloring. So when they end up looking like little pumpkins! I've share this with so many friends! Just plain yummy!
