Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2010
Really delicious cookies! Those are so easy to make and that's why they are great for baking with kids. I used the tip with the frozen Peanut Butter cups and they turned out perfect. I just didn't have a mini Muffin pan. This wasn't a big deal I just shaped the balls a little higher like kinda tower shape, which made them turn out not too flat. And even without the Peanut Butter cups those are yummy!

Tomato Chicken Parmesan

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2010
An easy recipe and it tastes really good! I cut and tenderized the meat really thin, because I like it better this way, also I breaded it twice to make it more crunchy. Because of a lack of time the Chicken and sauce were in the oven for just 15 min, which was totally fine and I think it doesn't even need to stay longer in there since the meat it is already cooked. All in all it took me a little more than an hour.

Whole Wheat, Oatmeal, and Banana Pancakes

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2010
Really yummy, I just doubled the vanilla extract and I suggest to use a large ripe banana if you want the taste to come out more. Also as mentioned before you can add 2 tsp of cinnamon.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2011
Oh my chocolaty goodness! This chocolate cake definitely deserves it´s name. It is sooo chocolaty and moist, but not too sweet and too much. My family loved it even my dad, who isn´t really fond of cakes, said that he liked it and was surprised about the cake´s moistness. Éven one slice is very filling and rich, so it is hard to finish such a cake in a household with just 3 people, but for birthdays or other partys I guess it is perfect and everybody will love it!

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2011
I haven´t eaten a good Apple Pie since I am back in Germany, so I really wanted to try the best rated Apple Pie hear on allrecipes. The pie crust was very easy to make and in my opinion the recipe isn´t that hard too. When I made the filling it tured out pretty thick and I was worried it wouldn´t turn out as good as I hoped it would be. I was able to make the mixture a little thinner with water, but not as thin as I saw in it in some videos. But I kept going on, put it in for 15 minutes with 210 C and than went on with 170 C for 40 minutes. And it turned out perfect! It is so delicious. I prefer (as a dessert) to warm up a slice in the microwave for just a few seconds, that it is a little warm, and to serve it with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream. Yummy!

Chocolate Mint Cookies I

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2010
I would actually give it 4.5 stars, because it is really good and the only thing I have to criticize is, that I expected it to be more minty. That's why I am going to try and add 1/4 tsp mint extract to the cookie batter next time. I had it in the oven for 9 minutes and they turned out perfect. Easy and yummy recipe!

Fluffy French Toast

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2010
This recipe is good, but I think is deserves not more than 3 stars. After reading some reviews I expected it to be awesome and better than the other recipes, but it isn't. It tastes like a bunch of other French Toast recipes. But I have to admit that I did half a batch, because I didn't want to make 12. During the next few days I am going to try it again with a whole batch. edit: after doing a whole batch, it turned out better, but still didn't blow me away.

Amazingly Good Eggnog

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2011
It was pretty complicated for somebody like me, who doesn´t have so much experience but loves to try new things. It turned out nice, but it didn´t blow me away and isn´t any better than a good bought one, in my opinion.
