Whole Wheat Pancakes

Excellent! I also used a mix of plain yogurt and milk to substitute for buttermilk. Very light texture, the butter adds a lot! Thank you!

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

This came out great. I cooked it at the same time as a pork roast on low and slow, and I let it cook for several hours at 225, then uncovered it and turned up the heat when the roast came out. Everyone raved! I used a combination of Monterey jack and pepper jack. Yum! This one is a keeper!

Perfect. I struggled to use my mother in law's recipe, which is in German and uses weights rather than volume measurements. This recipe worked beautifully and even my German husband was thrilled. Thank you so much! Now that Advent is approaching, I plan to make several batches!

Pumpkin Wheat Honey Muffins

These came out very good! I didn't have pumpkin, and cooked and mashed a sweet potato instead! I also left out the raisins, I am making them for a preschooler snack. The only other change I made was instead of half a cup of honey, I used half honey and half molasses. I baked them in mini muffin tins, and it took about 9 1/2 minutes for them to bake. Thanks! I will definitely make these again.

Cream Cheese Finger Cookies

quick and easy! I made them for a bake sale for school, and left out the nuts so it would be ok for the allergic kids. I also added a bit of cinnamon to the powdered sugar. Came out great!
