Buttermilk Oatmeal Bread

Reviewed: May 11, 2011
This is amazing bread!!!!!!!!!!! I was out of eggs and substituted 1/4 cup applesauce instead, as well as using partially olive oil in place of the vegetable oil (I didn't have enough). I also added 3/4 cup brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. After 55 minutes, the bread seemed a bit mushy, but I took it out & it was perfect. This bread is very moist, and only a little crumbly. Perfect amount of taste and not bland at all!

Cinnamon Rolls II

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2011
incredible! I followed the ingredients exactly, but switched up the directions a bit. after shaping the rolls, I stuck them in the fridge overnight. I meant to cook them after rising for about 2 hours, but they ended up rising for almost 6 hours since I was out! afterwards, I cooked them for a little less then 20 minutes. I used one baking stone and one 13x9 pan. The baking stone was fine, but the rolls stuck to the pan, even though I buttered it well. Still, the rolls were delicious and moist.

this was incredible! I followed the recipe exactly, and it turned out thick and moist. I made it for Christmas, and within several hours it was all gone.

Oatmeal Whoopie Pies

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2011
these were absolutely amazing! I was short on eggs, so I used a peanut butter filling (3/4 cup butter, 3/4 cup peanut butter, beat. add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 3/4 cup confectioner's sugar. incorporate on low, and then beat on medium for 4 minutes.) and they turned out perfectly.

Delicious! The spices were perfect. I did find them slightly dry though, but very good.

Vanilla Milkshake V

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2010
While making this recipe, I used the amount of ice cream than called for, and after blending it was still absolutely soupy. I tried another scoop, but it wasn't much better, and had too much vanilla. The milkshake was good, but not what I was expecting.
