Kettle Corn

It is very important to use patience and follow the medium heat guideline for the stove. The first batch I made burnt badly because I turned the heat up too high. The second batch I made turned out perfectly tasty and crunchy. I followed the 3-second rule of shaking and sitting, and I stirred in a little salt after removing the pot from the heat. I will definitely be making this again!

Scrambled Potatoes

I used to eat this dish as a kid with my family on camping trips. My dad would cook it on the camp stove. It isn't the healthiest thing in the world to eat, but it tastes heavenly!
