I have cooked in many kitchens from down south to up North. My favorite is Southern cooking because it is always made with a lot of T.L.C.
My favorite things to cook
I love to bake with the grandbaby. Cooking the comfort foods for my kids like chicken and dumplins. When my daughter doesn't feel good and she calls me and asks me to come and make my chicken rice soup.

Mama's Italian Wedding Soup
I have been making this for quite a while. I have made a couple of changes. I use Orzo noodles instead of the pasta and I get my meatballs from Gordon's foods. They are already cooked which cuts prep time in half.

Mustard Onion Pork Chops
Made them for dinner and I was a little worried about the mustard being to strong but they were great the onions gave them good flavor.

Chinese Chicken Fried Rice I
Really simple to make and quite tasty will make it again only next time I plan on putting in more vegetables.
