Classic Bran Muffins
I made some alterations as others and these muffins turned out great! I used 1/3 cup of unsweetened apple sauce in place of oil, 1/4 cup of honey and 1/4 cup of sugar (came out just as sweet) and 1 tsp lemon and 1 cup of almond milk (that is what I had on hand) I also added chopped pecans and cranrasins. The muffins were sweet, moist and delicious! I will definitely make them again but will use less sugar next time- I don't think 1/4 cup of sugar is necessary. Thanks for the recipe!

Summer Brew
I was a little skeptical at first but really wanted a refreshing drink on a 97 degree day so I gave it a try and WOW it was fabulous! I followed the directions exactly (used vodka) poured it over ice, garnished with lime and could not believe how great this drink was! Before I knew it the whole pitcher was gone! (I made it for 3 people) This one you must try this summer!

Greek Garbanzo Bean Salad
Delicious! I have made this twice. If you use the Italian "fat free" dressing it does NOT taste the same as the regular- the fat free has a very fake taste. It is great to eat by itself or on top of a bed of lettuce. Thanks for this great recipe!
