One Dish Chicken Bake

I use a soup can full of chardonnay wine, and put jarlsburg (or swiss) over the chicken and under the stuffing mix before I bake it. Wonderful over rice!

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread

Amazing!!! I didn't have an 8x8 pan, so I put foil around my frying pan and baked it in that. It was delicious! I have ruined many many Cornbread over the years... but I didn't with this one! Yeah!

Great recipe. 500 degrees & damp towel were the big difference from previous (unsuccessful) attempts with other recipes. I didn't use the bread machine... Just made it like white bread, and went from there... Great!

Very good recipe. I think I might mix the canned chili with the cream cheese because I was crazy about the large bits of cream cheese, but I think if I mixed it -- Perfect!

Wonderful, wonderful recipe. I didn't change a thing -- except I marinaded all day because I had the time. I don't think it would have made a bit of difference though -- the recipe is wonderful! I agree with other reviewers -- don't live out the cayenne pepper.

AMAZING... nothing more to add... it was wonderful, smelled great.. tasted better! We topped it with a bit of cheese and some chopped scallions... but it surely didn't need it!
