Partner liked it enough - not me. Too bland. Tried drowning in tzatziki sauce, but didn't help much.

Prawn and Pine Nut Risotto

Made as instructed, except didn't have chili-garlic butter, so added a little chili powder and garlic with the butter. Also threw in some spinach at the end. Whole family enjoyed it - even the kids.

Easy Olive Oil, Tomato, and Basil Pasta

I use this along with a "grilled marinated shrimp" recipe (also on this site). The two recipes compliment each other well. I add additional ingredients if I have them on hand, but just as written is great.

Torsk

Mine was a tad overcooked, but still very good. I used WAY less butter than called for and still tasted very buttery.
