Italian Style Meatloaf I

Grilled Scallops

A great way to grill scallops. The recipe is simple to follow and easy to adjust for larger or smaller portions. We thought it really highlighted the fresh flavor or the scallops, and will be making this again!

Baked Potatoes with Gorgonzola

Delicious! We are big Blue Cheese lovers and really enjoyed this recipe. When I mashed the potatoes, I added a small amount of Blue Cheese Dressing for extra flavor. That plus the Blue Cheese sprinkled on top gave us the flavor we were looking for.

Salmon in Lemon-Dill Sauce

I was able to get some very fresh salmon and decided to give this recipe a try. My salmon turned out great! The sauce alone is fantastic, and combined with the salmon made for a very rich, tasty treat. I would probably save this recipe for special and/or company dinners as it is very rich and I don't even want to guess at the calories! Thanks for an excellent recipe.

Goldy's Special Salad

A nice salad. I left out the tomatoes as I didn't like the idea of mangoes and tomatoes together. I found the dressing a little on the bland side, I would probably use a balsamic vinegar dressing next time.

Chicken Vesuvio

We are big fans of rosemary and olives so I just had to try this recipe. I am very glad I did - we thought this was excellent. I used black, sun dried olives that were very salty,really added a kick to the flavor. I can't wait to try it again with kalamata olives!

Shredded Potato Quiche

A very good recipe yet a little bland. I will be making this again but adding a few extra ingredients to give it some extra kick. I followed one of the reviewers advice and patted my thawed hash browns in paper towels and brushed with melted butter, the crust crisped up nicely. Thanks.

Grilled-Salmon Lemon Basil Cream

Excellent. The sauce is to die for! I too baked my salmon, and as I had some fresh crab, I served this on top of the salmon and then covered the two in the sauce. With a rice pilaf, steamed asparagus and a glass of white wine, we really has a feast!

This is a great recipe for the "Meat Lovers" in your family. I followed the recipe exactly and was very pleased with the results. I would serve this to company but it also makes a hearty family dinner as well.

Veal Mozzarella

I thought this was a good recipe, but not a great recipe. I think I found the cheese a little overwhelming. My husband liked it a lot though and has requested that I make it again. So I will try it again, adjusting some of the ingredients to my taste. Thanks.

Grilled Salmon with Avocado Dip

Fantastic recipe! We enjoyed every bite. I used my George Foreman Grill, but I can hardly wait to try this on the outdoor BBQ next summer. The Avacado Dip is a wonderful addition to the salmon. Thanks for this great recipe.

Amazing recipe. I love the simple flavors that enhance the fresh fish. Only giving 4 stars because of the olive oil amount - I agree with others, a light brushing is all that is needed.

End of the Line Ham Casserole

I made the mistake of following the recipe exactly as written. Way too salty! I wish I had read the reviews before making it so I could have used a low salt cream of mushroom soup instead of the cream of celery soup. Also I would have used a different cheese as the Parmesan just added to the saltiness. I won't be making this again.

Cajun Chicken Pasta

We loved this! Turned out a very impressive dish, that actually was quite simple to make. The recipe looked like a lot of work, but when making it, went together easily. I would make this often except it does have a very high fat content. But when you want rich and creamy, with a slight kick - this is it!
