I made these twice. First time I followed the recipe as stated. They tasted awesome, but did fall apart...they really couldn't be eaten as "bars" per se. The second time I followed the suggestion to use buttermilk, no oil, and bake in muffin tins. Voila...no crumbling. These are amazing, and full of flavor and nutrition. Breakfast on the go! I also added coconut and dried cranberries, and have a new favorite treat.
