Very good! This was my last attempt to make something delicious with lentils and this is by far the best lentil soup I've ever had. I love the crunchy parts of celery and carrots. I cut it in half for dinner for two and still had leftovers. I loved the flavor the white wine gave--I used Riesling. And I didn't use parsley because I had none, and the soup was still delicious! I will definitely be making this again. So easy!

Blackberry Pie III

AMAZING. I brought this to a potluck of 7 people and it was literally gone within 5 minutes. People devoured it. I can't think of how it could be any better--perfect amount of sweetness and a little tartness. It was the favorite dish at the potluck. I will make this again as many times as I can!

Baked Pork Chops I

My boyfriend loved this recipe. Its a good comfort dish. The only mistake I made was that I only did 2 porkchops (I 1/3'd the recipe) but I did not decrease cooking time so the porkchops turned out too dry. So next time I am going to try to cook for like 30 min and 20 min in the oven instead of an hour and a half hour. But the flavor was spot on!

Parmesan Knots

These were good but I didnt feel like they were any better than the average dinner roll or biscuit I have during dinner. I felt like it was too much effort and not enough reward

Veggie Pot Pie

I think the success of this dish largely depends on the type of crust used. I used the recommended crust but it wasn't nearly enough to line the bottom, sides, and top of the filling. This dish is minorly labor intensive/takes a good amount of time to make, and for the time put into it and all the ingredients used, I don't think it's THAT fantastic.

New Mom Broccoli Kugel

This was delicious! I added 1/3 cup cheddar cheese (I halved the recipe) and 1/4 tablespoon garlic powder. I didn't brown the onions as long as directed, only about 15 min total. I cooked it for about 40 min. I will definitely make it again!
