Amazing, amazing, amazing! This bread is so yummy. It really does have that wonderfully sweet banana flavor and tastes so fresh and soft. I have made it a few times and I actually prefer the original recipe rather than adding vanilla extract, chocolate chips, or nuts to the mix. The vanilla masks the flavor of the banana, so it's better to do without (something I never say- I'm a vanilla extract addict!) Also, do not mix well- just stir until mixed so that it stays moist and fluffy. And like one reviewer suggested, I added a mix of 3 teaspoons vanilla/1 teaspoon water to the top of the loaf for a sweet crunch on top. I brushed some during the last 10 minutes it was in the oven. I have had so many people ask for this recipe! :)
