Tuna Noodle Cups

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2012
I really liked this recipe, I was surprised there was no salt, pepper or any other seasonings in the recipe though. I added some salt/pepper into the egg/milk mixture which helped I think. I was going to leave out the onion after reading one of the other posts but decided to add it in at the last minute, Im glad I did, onion always adds a nice flavor. I will make this again but will probably add a bit more seasonings next time. Its a good recipe but does need some tweeking.

Pizza Crust II

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2011
I love this recipe, Iv always made the plain crust recipes with no seasoning so this one was sooo yummy. I loved the tastes of the garlic and oregano, I think next time Ill try doubling the seasoning as someone else had suggested. The only things I did differently was, I didnt add sugar (cooking for a diabetic) and I didnt refrigerate mine and just covered it with a cloth and let rise. Turned out great!!! Love it! Thank you so much!

Buffalo Chicken Fingers

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2011
These were very yummy! I read some of the other reviews and added in some of their suggestions, I DEFINITELY would double the coating, I barely had enough crumbs after doubling it. Flour mixture doesnt need doubling. I tried half of them plain as the recipe instructs and the other half I dipped in a mixture of 1/4 cup butter and 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce then put back in the oven for the last 6ish minutes of the bake time. I found that the ones that I dipped were not as crunchy, kinda mushy, and the ones without the dip were still spicy but nice and crunchy. I think next time Ill make them without dipping them in the hot sauce mixture and use the hot sauce as a side dip instead. Great recipe though and I would definitely make again!!

Restaurant Style Beef and Broccoli

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2011
I loooved this recipe! So good! I've tried alot of other beef and broccoli recipes and this was definitely my favorite, the only thing I changed was the steak. I used sirloin steak instead, and I also didnt have any sherry so I excluded it. mmm I would definitely recommend this recipe! thank you for submitting!!

Banana Peanut Butter Bread

Reviewed: May 24, 2011
This was very yummy, I made some alterations after reading alot of the comments, I reduced the flour to 1 and 3/4 cups and increased peanut butter to 3/4 cup and also added 1/2 cup chocolate chips. I also covered the bread with foil after the first hour of baking and it turned out perfect. I didnt find it undercooked at all in the center. I would make again!
