Sesame Pasta Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2002
VERY DELICIOUS! I used 12 oz. of pasta, 4 cups of chicken and 1/3 cup oil, extra seeds & cilantro. Part of the fun with pasta salads is adjusting them to your own taste, but the recipe as written is wonderful! Thanks so much for sharing. I've been looking for a tasty recipe like this for a long time. :o)

Crunchy Fudge Sandwiches

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2002
Can't keep my kids and the neighbor kids out of this one! I thought the chocolate was a little difficult to spread and the sandwich effect would be ruined. I was wrong. Doesn't have to be perfect because they looked great when I cut into them. Thanks. I'll be making these again and again!

Nut Goody Bars

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2002
Easy, quick to make and divine. Can't keep the family out of this! Will make again. Thanks! This is made every year for xmas. One thing I do change is add dry roasted peanuts instead of walnuts. The salty nuts with the sweet chocolate is an amazing combo.

Baseball Bars

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2002
This recipe is PERFECT and written just the way they are supposed to be baked in my opinion. I even doubled the recipe and baked them in a 15x10. In a 9x9 square they bake beautifully. Cookies are meant to be rich and decadent. I just don't see how any could complain about these divine treats! YUMMY!

Overnight Bubble Bread

This is really good and easy. All the kids and my husband loved it. Not one morsel was left. I even made it with white chocolate pudding and that was yummy! Also cooked the sugar and butter in the micro for less fuss.

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

Reviewed: May 12, 2002
This recipe is PERFECT and a snap! I've read a lot of the reviews saying they scorch, need parchment etc.... Know your oven and use good cookware. They came right off the cookie sheet in perfect condition. I baked mine at 375 for 8 minutes. The recipe is PERFECT! My only complaint is that it doesn't make enough! :) My family gobbled them all down as fast as I could make them.
