Pizza Crust for Bread Machine
Just made this in my new bread machine. Followed the recipe exactly and it came out great. Next time I will make the crust less thin (I made 2 pizzas and even had a bit left over). I think I'll make foccacia with the remainder....

Pumpkin Cake III
Very nice overall - tasty and moist. I followed the recipe closely except that my can of pumpkin was just 15 oz. (1.5 c.) but that didn't seem to matter. I also added many other spices in varying amounts to taste: allspice, nutmeg, ginger and cloves. Would have added cardamon but I tossed my old jar and haven't replaced it yet.I baked it in a bundt and topped it with a vanilla glaze and toasted pecans. The cake came out a bit darker that I would have liked - not sure if that is due to all the additional spices I added or because I had to bake it over an hour until it was baked through. Will definitely try this again - maybe as a sheet cake to reduce the baking time.

Golden Sweet Cornbread
Simple and wonderful. I bake the batter as muffins too. Taking other reviewers' advice, I cut the sugar to 1/2 c. (enough even for my serious sweet tooth) and up the oil to 1/2 c. I've also used it as a topping for tamale pie (I cut the sugar even further to about 1/4 c.).
