This was good, however. It would be better with beef instead if chicken(too bland/neutral with chicken) and corn tortillas not flour! The flour tortillas get soggy. I will be making it again and trying with those changes.

Decadent Challah Bread

Fun to make, a good/ok bread but not the best tasting I've ever had. Drizzled vanilla frosting on top, made a good desert bread or breakfast.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Great moist pumpkin bread and makes 2 1/2 loaves, next time I will make 2 loaves and make cupcakes with the remaining batter.

Italian Bread Bowls

Very good soup bread! It spread out some when baking and wasn't as tall as I would have liked so I'm going to try baking in oven safe bowls of some type instead of on a cookie sheet next time to try to get a higher bread bowl. Great texture, thick hearty bread. Added garlic powder to batter and on the outside.

Baked Potato Soup

Fantastic! I use a whole package of bacon and twice as many potatoes and I usually double the recipe. I've made it multiple times now and it is the best potato soup I have ever had! I also used the "Italian Bread Bowls" recipe and serve it in that, yum!

Thanksgiving Sweet Potatoes

I can honestly say that this was the worst sweet potatoes I have ever made, this uses a LOT of flour and I was not impressed with the end result, will definitely not be making this again. I "might" substitute with orange juice in the future with other recipes though, interesting.

World's Best Lasagna

This is a good lasagna, I've really got no complaints, but it's not what I would call "outstanding" or "worlds best" and it could use a lot more spices for flavor.
