Three Bean Salad With Celery
This is almost the same three bean salad my mom used to make except she used wax beans, green beans and kidney beans. Also she added 1/4 cup of Worcestershire Sauce. Even as a kid, I loved that bean salad.., I think it was the dressing that made it so good. Now I make it myself... hmm, must be missing something because it never tastes as good as Mom's.

Rainbow Cookies
Iv been making these cookies for years. I first found the recipe in a Holidays Womans Day magazine. Then a few years ago I lost the magazine. I googled it and found it again on the internet and then found my magazine. I also dont use the apricot jam or separate the eggs. I use more chocolate by coating the top of each later with melted chocolate then spreading on the jam. The top only gets the choclate. After its all put together I cover with wax paper and place heavy books on top and set in a cool place. We always called them Italian Christmas Cookies.

Farmer's Salad
My family is from Pennslyvania and I ate this salad for Sunday dinner for many years, usually with a beef roast and mashed potatoes. My mom called it just Slaw without the broccoli. It has that sweet and sour taste typical of the Amish. It never was a favorite but seeing it brings back good memories of Sunday dinners.
