Cranberry Orange Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2010
I chopped the cranberries for a few seconds in the food processor and it was perfect. Great holiday cookie!

Sarah's Applesauce

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2008
Very simple, very good! I used pumpkin spice and a cinnamon stick to add flavor. Maybe a little less sugar- seemed almost dessert like!

Saltine Toffee Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2006
Warning: If using parchment paper USE A JELLY ROLL PAN!!!! We didn't and after 6 minutes in the oven, the crackers slid off the edges onto the bottom of the stove. Major smokey mess! But still delicious ;o)

Cheese Herb Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2005
Smelled like pizza as it was baking! Maybe I will add some chopped pepperoni next time. Used 2 tb of olive oil instead of butter and changed it to 2 tsp of rapid rise yeast. The bread was HUGE! But tasted great. Kept herbs as is and could have even used more. Made an oil to dip in with marjoram, sea salt and garlic power.

Bread Machine Challah I

Reviewed: May 28, 2005
I cooked it in the oven and it just didn't hold the shape well. I did brush it with butter before baking and the crust was very nice.

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: May 6, 2005
Yum! I didnt marinate (as the kabobs were spur of the moment) but i put the chicken chunks in it as i cut the veggies. I used garlic power and olive oil instead. Oh and added some summer squash to the kabob.

Caramel Popcorn

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2004
I scaled it to 5 servings which made it nice for a night snack. I airpopped the kernels and placed the popcorn in a big bowl that was lightly sprayed with olive oil cooking spray. This made it easier to stir. I only had coconut extract so I used that instead of vanilla and I found no difference in taste. I followed RENEE BURTON's advice and used a brown bag in the microwave, yet i only did it 3 times and some pieces were burnt. The popcorn had a buttery coat on it so next time I will not use as much. Overall very tasty and easy to clean up!

I would make this all the time in college because it was so easy and combined all my favorite foods!!! I definitely add more ranch dressing because it seems to disapear when you cook it. OUTSTANDING
