Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I
I thought the recipe was OK. Other reviewers suggested it was the perfect fix for a chocolate craving, but didn't do it for me. It was a nice idea, but the only difference between this and my favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe is pretty much just the addition of cocoa powder. I thought it was a little overpowering in the cocoa department and had the powdery aftertaste. Wouldn't suggest for use as a chocolate craving fix.

Caramels
Delicious, soft and chewy even a week later! Followed instructions exactly for the caramel. Put in tons of pecans into half of the caramel right after pouring it into a parchment-lined 9x13 pan. Dipped some of it in chocolate for gifts, but everybody liked the pecan or plain caramel without chocolate better! So good.

Salsafied Chicken and Rice
This was an excellent recipe. I didn't use instant rice and only used about 4 ounces of hot Pace salsa and it was quite spicy, but still yummy. Used about 1 1/2 lbs chicken. Browned the chicken with 1/2 cup diced onion and 1 Tbsp. butter then added put it all in the rice cooker (except the cheese) and let it do the work for me. So good!
