About this Cook
I'm 26 yrs.old. I have three children and a wonderful husband, whom I have been with for 11 years,and I love to cook for them all the time. My husband always says that I'm trying to plump my family up, ha ha..not terrie just something I love to do! :) And I just started really baking and cooking 2 yrs ago.
My favorite things to cook
I love to bake. mostly cakes, but I have been making my own bread dough and pastry dough lately. making the dough isn't too fun, but the way it turns out and tastes makes it all worth it, cause its so much better then store bought dough.
My cooking triumphs
Honestly everything that I have cooked recently everyone had loved including me, so thats how I know they aren't lying. but this lemon herb chicken with cream cheese mashed potatoes, turned out really really great. and cheesecake I made, my first cheesecake ever, and I was so period of myself!
My cooking tragedies
about a year so my oven wasn't working right and out burned all my cakes I made for like two months straight.

Pretzel Dogs
I just made these 20 minutes ago, my oldest says, "these aren't pretzels, but they are still good". They look and taste nothing like a pretzel, but the taste was fantastic! I had a little dough left so I brushed it with a little melted butter mixed with honey after they baked and put cinnamon sugar on them, upon my sons request. They just tried them and they like them also. Great recipe I can see these being requested quite a bit. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!

Great Garlic Bread
I tried this recipe 2 times once with melting the butter and the next time with just softening the butter and mixing everything and making a garlic spread. the second time turned or so much better them the first time. and three first time it barely got touched, and the second time I made it my family was fighting over it. Wil be making again tonight without melting the spread. Thank you very much for the recipe.

Fat Pete's Fudge
I tried this recipe around christmas time, because I wanted to do something different instead of cookies. This was so good, everyone was fighting over the last piece. My cousin hid it in her room so nobody else could have it. GREAT RECIPE, THANKS FAT PETE!
