The chocolate coating looks kind of crazy. I couldn't use a fork to dip the caramel because it had been chilling in the fridge for two or three hours so...I put 4-5 caramels in my hand, scoped chocolate on top and rubbe them together to cover the caramel. It was messy, but it worked well :]
