Mulligatawny Soup I
Loved it! I used 2 tsp curry powder, 1 tsp coriander, 1/4 cayenne pepper, 1/4 mustard seed. I left out the cream entirely just using chicken broth. I added a dollop of nonfat plain greek yogurt in each serving and it was the BOMB, thanks for the great recipe!

Lentil Soup
Might as well add my glowing review to the pile! Like others, I have made some tweaks to suit our taste. We use green lentils and soak them for 10 minutes or so in boiling water before adding them to the veggies. I use all low-sodium broth, either chicken or veggie depending on what I have on hand. I skip the canned tomatoes and just use a tbsp of tomato paste, it's a texture thing for me. I use just enough oil to cook the veggies, not 1/4 cup. Finally, we use balsamic vinegar at the end and serve with parmesan bread. Thanks for a fantastic recipe that's very versatile!

Kickin' Turkey Burger with Caramelized Onions and Spicy Sweet Mayo
This recipe is fantastic! The only change I made was omit the mesquite seasoning as I didn't have any around. A tip: Place the grated onion in a sieve and set over a bowl for 30min-1 hour to drain out the extra moisture and keep the burgers from falling apart. The sauce is known as "crack sauce" at our house, it's so addictive. We don't do the carmelized onions every time, just when the Walla Walla Sweets are in season, the burgers are excellent with and without. Thanks for the recipe!
