Hot Cinnamon Peanut Brittle
Made this this evening. I did cut the amount of cayenne pepper in half, just in case. I really like it. It's a little different but makes an awesome addition to a candy tray. Thanks for the recipe.

Granny Kat's Pumpkin Roll
I have been making this for years. I usually make at least 2 and I add pecans to the filling in one of them. The other one I leave plain for the guest who prefer it that way. Never found a person that didn't like this.

Country Apple Dumplings
Fantastic!. I thought the 2 sticks of butter sounded like an awful lot so I reduced it to 1 stick and they turned out great. Even better with a scoup of vanilla ice cream. Will definately make again and again. These are easy for kids to help also.
