About this Cook
My favorite things to cook
Pasta, seafood, chicken dishes. I try to be vegetarian but I love seafood too much to make the switch completely. I live with a hungry husband and teenage son who require lots and lots of cooking, so I try to do it with love.
My cooking triumphs
Soups, stews and desserts. I consider the fact that my son compares everyone else's cooking to mine a triumph!
My cooking tragedies
Fried chicken....I just can't get it right.

Rosemary Roasted Turkey
I did this exactly as according to the recipe except I left out the italian seasoning....I thought it would taste too processed. It was the best turkey I think I've ever made. I also stuffed the bired with my regular stuffing...the spices seeped into the stuffing which was fantastic.I'll prepare this again this winter.

Grilled Chicken Adobo
Excellent. I added salt and pepper as well as a few shakes of worcestershire sauce. My 13 yr old son devoured it. I will make this again for sure.

Teriyaki Rib Eye Steaks
Husband and son loved this. They are big steak lovers and teriyaki always goes over well. I did, however, prepare this on the grill which came out wonderfully. Will be making this again. There are lots of ingredients, but the prep is very easy.
