Old Fashioned Onion Rings

These were delicious. Most onion rings that I have made in the past did not stay crispy, but these sure did. These are a keeper. Loved them:)

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

This soup was delicious! I never had celery on hand but I put carrots and turnip in this and I also used leftover cooked ham from the day before which was also a recipe from this site (Slow cooker ham) and this soup turned out fabulous! Was a real hit with the family. Definitely will be making this dish again.

Awesome Roast Beef

Awesome is exactly what it is, never had to add flour or anything to thicken the gravy.Just added a pk of onion soup mix and delicious, even taste better the next day!

Moon Cake

This recipe is delicious...It is certainly a hit with my family. sometimes use a different pudding than vanilla. Like sometimes I may use butterscotch and vanilla, or chocolate and vanilla. They both taste good.
