This recipe had incredible flavor. I used whole wheat pasta, and also added 2 cups of fresh chopped spinach when I made this and the dish was wonderful. Thanks for the great recipe!

Gel's Green Beans and Beef

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2004
I really enjoyed this recipe! It had excellent flavor and the only change that I made was to add 1 tablespoon of corn starch to the 3 tablespoons of water, it added a thickness to the mixture that I think really adds to the dish. Thanks for the wonderful recipe!!

Emily's Famous Sloppy Joes

Very Tangy and Excellent.... It did need a bit more salt than what the recipe called for, but it may be a personal preference. I'll never buy the canned stuff again! Thanks for the wonderful recipe!

Feta Cheese Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2003
At first I was hesitant about this recipe because I thought the burgers would be a bit too dry. I ended up using ground turkey breast meat and added about 1/4 cup of chicken stock to the mixture of meat, feta and olives before I formed the patties. They turned out to be juicy and wonderful, Definitely a keeper!

Grilled Orange-and-Bourbon Salmon

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2003
We really enjoyed this recipe! Since my boyfriend doesn't really like fish, I made the same amount of marinade and split it up, some for his chicken breast and some for my fish, and marinated them seperately. They turned out to be delicious on both! I also added a bit of ginger to my marinade... Will definitely make again!

Very Tasty! I made these for a Super Bowl party and they were gone as fast as I could take them out of the oven.

I didn't have any chicken wings so I used chicken tenders, this was very tasty and the extra sauce was yummy over egg noodles. Definitely a keeper!

Right up this Southern Gal's Alley! I did make a tiny modification to the recipe. I added 1/2 a teaspoon of Cinnamon to the Honey/Nut mixture. Very good recipe and I will definitely make it again!

Italian Portobello Sandwiches

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2003
The mushrooms were a bit too juicy for my taste, but my boyfriend really liked it. So I suppose I'll be making it again but be warned the juices were running down my arms so probably not kid friendly.

As per some of the other reviews I read here, I added 2 cubed/peeled potatoes, an extra can of minced clams, 3 stalks of celery chopped, and a small onion diced. This was absolutely wonderful! Everyone in my house loved it. Thanks for the recipe!

Eggless Tofu Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2003
The Texture was amazingly like a normal Quiche. The taste was wonderful, I went without the crust as one of the other posts had suggested. It was wonderful, will definitely make again! To add a little "egg" coloring I added 1tsp of powdered Mustard. Very good!

Creole Chicken I

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2002
I took the advice of the other Reviewers and added extra spicyness to the recipe by using extra Hot Sauce and Cayenne Pepper. I had to cook mine on low for 10 hours and I just sauteed the Polish Sausage with some garlic and added it when I was ready to serve the dish. My Boyfriend and I liked the recipe alot and will make it again. Thanks!
