Chicken Massaman Curry
Excellent recipe: here are some changes I made due to lack of ingredients & what I read in reviews. Used Mae Ploy Panang curry mix b/c could not find Mae Ploy Massaman curry mix. Substituted 3 tbsp of minced prunes + lime juice for tamarind paste. Used 3 tbsp of peanut butter. Added 1/2 c. water to thin out sauce at start of step 2 before adding 1.5 c. cubed potatoes, 1 sliced green pepper, 1 sliced med onion & 3/4 c. frozen green peas. Tasty!!

Hong Kong Style Egg Tarts
The egg custard filling is excellent!! I used it to fill some pre-crisped wonton shells & they were really good & fast. Sorry I didn't try the shortbread crust this time--next time....
