Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing

I have made this a few times and it always turns out beautifully! I was making it again today, and realized that I had no garlic powder...no worries! I mashed a couple of fresh cloves of garlic with a bit of the required salt, and it worked just as well. Thank you for this! P.S. I find that you can't really tell how this type of dressing tastes until it's "married" with the salad ingredients for a couple of hours. I love this recipe as is.

Muffin Morning Makers

Susan, thank you for submitting this recipe. I realize that there are "advanced" cooks/chefs on this site, but there are also the beginners too! I have been making these for years, as well, but my granddaughter is going off to college soon, and this will be very helpful for her, as I've aimed her toward this site to learn new things from new people who love to cook. I remember learning how to cook, and some of the disasters that could have been avoided had I had some simple, clear instructions. Oftentimes "keeping it simple and basic" is most helpful! Cappuccino Muffins

These are delicious. I've made them a number of times and they are always a huge hit. I just upped the amount of instant coffee granules to a tablespoon, just because I love the taste, not because it was lacking in any way. Thank you for a great recipe!
