Delicious! Makes a LOT, so next time I will only make half a recipe. It is also filling! Yum!

Soft and Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2002
I was looking for a recipe to make for my hubby and kids (I do not like peanut butter cookies). BUT OMG! These were outstanding! They were soft and chewy and really tasty! Do make sure to use 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c of flour and only 2 eggs, or they spread out and get too crunchy/burnt, and also VERY important...only cook for 12-13 minutes if your oven temperature runs correctly. They will not look done at first, but let them sit in the pan for 1-2 minutes and then put them on a cooling rack, they turn out PERFECT! I will never make another pb cookie again, and we are making the recipe now for the second time this week! LOL

Marinated Grilled Shrimp

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2006
At first I was unsure of this recipe just because tomato sauce and vinegar sounded odd to me, but I am glad I trusted the reviews and went ahead! This is GREAT! It was pouring down rain, so I didn't get to grill them, but just simmered them in the marinade in a hot pan, still delicious! I can only imagine how tasty they'd be on a grill! My family loved them too, including my picky 4 and 6 year old kids!!

Old Bay® Shrimp Fest

Reviewed: May 31, 2004
Yum! This was not only tasty but fun!! Though next time, because of our own flavor likes, I'd add only a little sausage for flavor, and add more seafood-like crab legs! MMMMM

Fried Pork Chop

My husband always asks for fried pork chops and every recipe has failed me! Finally a wonderfully easy but even more delicious fried pork chop recipe!! He raved!! This one is a keeper...to live dangerously add mashed potatoes and country gravy, corn on the cob, and a nice green salad! YUM!

Cherry Crumble

This was good, and very easy. I'd add some pecans or some other chopped nut to the crumb mixture to give it a little more crunch next time.

White Chili with Ground Turkey

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2012
DELISH! A new favorite regular item for the dinner menu. I didn't put as much liquid as the recipe called for, as per other reviews, and I'm glad. It would have been soup, not chili. I also only used half of the cinnamon, for our family preferences. The rest of the recipe was followed to a T. VERY good!

Chicken Delicious

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2002
This was excellent--I cut my chicken into big chunks before cooking (about 2 ") and then served the finished product over egg noodles. My company loved it too, everyone took seconds, and asked for the recipe. YUM!!

Sage Pork Chops

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2004
Simple and delicious! I even liked them and I HATE porkchops! My husband who usually doesn't care for most pork chop recipes other than fried (lol) loved them too! Reminiscent of fried, but with more flavor, and the boullion keeps them moist. (Oh btw I halved the recipe) As far as the salt content, I thought it was borderline too salty, but dh thought it was perfect. For those that enjoy salt, you will like it as is; for those that like a lighter salting, opt to half the salt and add more after cooking to taste.

Torsk

I liked this, but my uber picky husband and kids LOVED it. Will be a regular on the menu. (Doesn't need as much butter as called for, and I used alternate sweetener to the sugar, still good!)

Delicious!! Not overly horse-raddishy, but added a nice subtle flavor and VERY creamy! It was excellent with our prime rib roast.

Sesame Beef

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2003
I also did as some others suggested and doubled the marinade/sauce so there would be extra over the rice. I also took two other suggestions and used half brown sugar and half white, and also added a package of oriental style veggies for the last 2-3 mins of cooking (but without these differences it still would have been delicious). This recipe was very good, and my hubby and kids even liked it and they aren't usually into this type of meal.

Cheese and Broccoli Chicken Soup

Reviewed: May 12, 2005
DELICIOUS! We didn't care too much for the chicken chunks. I would make it exactly the same next time but without the chicken. We also added a little extra cheese (yum!). Very tasty, fairly easy to make. Long cooking time, but worth it!
