Like others said, this was just too soggy, even with additional bake time. The flavor was good, so I'm giving it some stars for that...but it was just too soggy and if I had continued to bake it any longer it would have burnt on the bottom. I had also done as recommended by others and flipped the pieces in the morning, no luck. So, my thought is that there is simply too much milk in the recipe. The egg would set up, the milk would be the cause of sogginess. So, I will give this one more shot with less milk.
