This recipe is awesome. I've never had pancakes this good. Usually I make the batter and my husband cooks the actual pancakes. I think he has said something about needing to add a bit of water because it is a smidge too thick, as noted in a couple of reviews. For the people who are saying they added more milk because of the thickness, but hated the recipe, maybe that was the problem? You may have put in too much milk. Isn't strange how everyone can follow the same recipe "exactly" and have it come out so differently? And I mean that sincerely, not sarcastically; I've always found that very interesting.

This are amazing cookies! I added smashed up candy canes to the recipe over Christmas to give it that holiday feeling :)
