Buttermilk Pancakes I

Excellent!!! I used to use store bought pancake mix, but not anymore! These taste just like Cracker Barrel pancakes! Only addition I made was a little bit of almond extract. I also doubled the recipe so I would have leftovers. So glad I found this recipe!

Uncle White's Bread Machine Rolls

Awesome!!!! I LOVE these rolls!! They were so easy to make and the dough turned out perfect!!! I had buttermilk that I needed to use up before it spoiled so I just searched for buttermilk recipes and I am so glad I found this one!! The buttermilk makes them extra soft and flavorful!!! As suggested by another reviewer, I made mine into a cloverleaf shape (three small balls in each muffin cup). I definitely will be making these again and again!

Fideo (Mexican Spaghetti)

Quick easy recipe for busy nights. I changed the recipe to suit our tastes. I excluded the cumin and chili powder and it turned out good. My son even ate it, which is a plus! I will definitely make this again!

Salisbury Steak

This recipe was very tasty!! I loved the flavor of the french onion soup in the gravy. It was super easy to make as well. I cooked whole wheat egg noodles with it, and it tasted great. Will definitely add this recipe to my "keep" file!

Shrimp Lemon Pepper Linguini

YUM!!! This recipe is SO good!! It was not too lemony, the butter toned down the lemon flavor. Make sure if you double the sauce recipe that you also double the butter as well. It was very easy to make. I made a few changes to the recipe though. I doubled the sauce recipe and I used fettuccine rather than linguine. I also topped it off with fresh Parmesan cheese after I plated it. I definitely will make this recipe again. I'm thinking about using chicken next time rather than shrimp.

Soft Gingerbread Cookies

I loved these cookies! I was looking for a gingerbread cookie that was soft and this was it! The recipe was very easy to make and had basic ingredients that most people have available. The only changes I made to the recipe were, I only let my dough cool in the fridge for 1 hour and it worked out good. I also used pumpkin pie spice and cloves instead of the individual spices, tasted great! I also frosted them with powdered sugar icing which added the extra sweetness that I felt they needed!! My son LOVES these cookies. He has never liked any kind of cookie except for these gingerbread cookies!
