Asian Salmon
Very good! I reduced the cooking time to half and still found it a little too well done(but I also let the dish and salmon sit out for 10mins so prevent temperature shock on my dish!). Salmon is best medium to medium rare- tender and moist! Great flavour!

Charleston Breakfast Casserole
This was a big hit Christmas morning even mention of making it a tradition. I didn't make it the night before as planned because the fridge was already too full but it was still excellent! I think it would be even better if it had had the night to let all the yummy flavours develop.
