Super Easy Chicken Fingers

Yummy!!! I made this recipe tonight and it was delicious! I used bread crumbs (my own) added garlic powder, oregano, basil and seasoning salt and baked them on a rack. Noticed someone's suggestion of adding Parmesan cheese and added it when I turned it pieces over. Baked at 425 for 15 min one side and 10 the other. My husband loved them and I will definitely make these for our grand babies when they come to visit.

Old Man's Turkey Noodle Soup

I made this from left over turkey bones. My tip is to place all the turkey bones from cutting up a turkey and placing them on tin foil and bake the bones until they are nice and brown and crispy looking. Then I boil them in the water from potatoes and the broth has so much more flavour. I followed the rest of this recipe and if was yummy. Deb

Feb 21, 2011 Delicious, I used whole wheat flour and added blueberries. Baked it in a 9x9 cake pan then sliced it when cooled. I did not put the egg topping on. Deb
