Just a note.. as a St. Louisan who worked at a popular restaurant there.. it is much easier if you leave the raviolis frozen when you soak and bread them. Then freeze the breading on and fry them frozen.. it is much more user friendly!!

Although this recipe took A LOT of work and time I really enjoyed the final product. I made this for a New Year's party and although it was a hit it was a little messy for everyone to be eating with their hands. I would recommend serving this as a unique desert at a sit down dinner so that people can use their forks!

Although I liked this recipe, I think that next time I will add sugar to the nut mixture. It was VERY bland tasting. I would recommend adding sugar to when you add cinnamon and possibly sprinkling with sugar before baking if you are interested in anything remotely sweet.

Christmas Cornflake Wreath Cookies
