Truly delicious! I used all fresh herbs from my garden, I whisked all the herbs together, including fresh garlic and some olive oil and used this mixture under the skin, I let the chicken sit on this for about one hour. I also followed previous reviews and put the potatoes first for 30 minutes (along with the herb mixture and some coarse salt). The result was awesome, the chicken skin was so CRISPY and tasty, the meat very juicy and the potatoes were perfect!! This is a GREAT recipe. I am not sure about the amount of herbs I used tough, probably a little more than the recipe... It turned out about a quarter size herb mixture per chicken piece.
