We have had this recipe three times now and my kids begged for it again tonight for dinner! This is now our favorite way to make salmon! I never have pearl onions on hand, so I use leeks or regular onions. Because I worry about it drying out, I don't bake my salmon. I pan fry it in butter and lemon juice, salt, pepper and dill. I usually make a double batch of the cream sauce and the next day, I add it into a quart of chicken broth and then blend it with an immersion blender to make a delicious creamy soup for lunch! I'm grateful to the poster for posting this recipe, and so is my family! Thank you!
