Waistline-Friendly Turkey Chili
This recipe is very good. HOWEVER the chipotle bbq sauce gives it a tangy/sweet flavor like you would expect in a Brunswick Stew. If you dont like the sweet factor in your chili (My husband does not) I made the other half useing Herdez (or other Hispanic brand) Chipotle Salsa Mild.. gives you all the smokey flvor but no sweet! :) Thanks...

Lap Salad
Here is what I added. Just needed a little more presentation and flavor: and THIS made the difference! :) Add to recipe: another 2/3 cup sliced almonds, 3/4 cup raw sunflower seeds, 3/4 cup raisins (or craisins), another 3 to 4 scallions, also add some of the green tops chopped to add color, and 3/4 to 1 apple, (peel on) chopped... All can be assembled ahead except apple I doubled dressing bc it needed it with the additions I also follow other readers advice and did sesame oil and rice vingar Lastly I used rotisserie chicken...

Salmon with Dijon Vinaigrette
Hmmm. I think this marinade is delicious. I think it is better suited, though, for a white fish like Grouper. I would def. make it again on another fish... just not Salmon.. (I buy Wild Caught Sockeye... maybe farm raised would have been better..) Thanks for the recipe. I will try it again.
